밤스타 아동 안전 기준

밤스타(BamStar, 운영: 밤컴퍼니)의 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE) 금지 기준입니다.

1. 무관용 원칙

밤스타는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 어떤 형태로든 허용하지 않습니다. 이 기준은 커뮤니티 글·댓글, 팸 채팅, 사진, 프로필 등 밤스타 앱과 웹의 모든 기능에 적용됩니다.

2. 성인 전용 서비스

  • 밤스타는 만 19세 이상(청소년보호법의 연 나이 기준) 여성만 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 휴대폰 본인인증(PASS)으로 성인 여부를 확인합니다.
  • 미성년자로 확인되면 즉시 이용계약을 해지하고 개인정보를 파기합니다.

3. 금지 행위

다음 행위는 금지되며, 발견 즉시 조치합니다.

  • 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 만들거나 올리거나 공유·판매·요청하는 행위
  • 아동·청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상으로 삼는 글·사진·대화
  • 아동·청소년에게 성적 목적으로 접근하거나 유인하는 행위(그루밍)
  • 아동·청소년을 협박해 성적 이미지나 금전을 요구하는 행위(성착취 협박)
  • 아동 성매매·인신매매를 알선하거나 광고하는 행위
  • 위 행위를 돕거나 방법을 알려 주는 정보를 퍼뜨리는 행위

4. 앱 안에서 신고하는 방법

신고 사유는 성적 콘텐츠를 고르면 됩니다.

  • 커뮤니티 글: 글 오른쪽 아래 ⋯ (게시글 더보기) → 신고하기
  • 댓글: 댓글을 길게 누르기 → 댓글 신고
  • 작성자: 글·댓글의 프로필(이름) 누르기 → 신고하기 또는 차단하기
  • 팸 채팅 메시지: 메시지를 길게 누르기 → 메시지 신고 또는 이 사용자 차단
  • 팸: 팸 살펴보기 화면 오른쪽 위 ⋯ → 이 팸 신고

앱을 쓸 수 없다면 support@bamstar.app 로 메일을 보내거나 고객센터에 문의를 남겨 주세요.

5. 신고 처리

  • 운영팀은 신고를 받은 때부터 24시간 안에 확인합니다(서비스 이용약관 제11조).
  • 확인 결과에 따라 게시물 숨김·삭제, 팸에서의 제외, 팸 해산, 이용 정지, 계약 해지를 합니다(서비스 이용약관 제19조).

6. 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 발견했을 때

  1. 해당 게시물·메시지·사진을 즉시 삭제합니다.
  2. 올린 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
  3. 수사에 필요한 관련 자료를 보존합니다.
  4. 관계 기관에 신고합니다: 대한민국 경찰청 사이버수사국, 방송통신심의위원회, 필요한 경우 미국 실종·착취아동센터(NCMEC).

7. 법령 준수

밤스타는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「청소년 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 안전 관련 법령과 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수합니다.

BamStar Child Safety Standards

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) for BamStar (밤스타), operated by Bam Company (밤컴퍼니).

1. Zero tolerance

BamStar does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. These standards apply to every feature of the BamStar app and website, including community posts and comments, Fam group chats, photos and profiles.

2. Adults only

  • BamStar is only for women aged 19 or older (by calendar year of birth, as defined by the Korean Youth Protection Act).
  • Adult status is confirmed with mobile phone identity verification (PASS).
  • If a user is found to be a minor, we immediately terminate the account and destroy the user’s personal data.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited and acted on as soon as we find it:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, selling or requesting CSAM
  • Posts, images or conversations that sexualize children or minors
  • Approaching or luring children or minors for sexual purposes (grooming)
  • Threatening children or minors to obtain sexual images or money (sextortion)
  • Facilitating or advertising child sex trafficking
  • Spreading information that helps or instructs others to do any of the above

4. How to report in the app

Choose the reason 성적 콘텐츠 (sexual content).

  • Community post: tap ⋯ (more) on the post → 신고하기 (Report)
  • Comment: long-press the comment → 댓글 신고 (Report comment)
  • Author: tap the author’s profile → 신고하기 (Report) or 차단하기 (Block)
  • Fam chat message: long-press the message → 메시지 신고 (Report message) or 이 사용자 차단 (Block user)
  • Fam: tap ⋯ at the top right of the Fam details (팸 살펴보기) screen → 이 팸 신고 (Report this Fam)

If you cannot use the app, email support@bamstar.app or contact our support center.

5. Handling reports

  • Our team reviews every report within 24 hours of receipt (Terms of Service, Article 11).
  • Depending on the review, we hide or remove content, remove the user from a Fam, dissolve the Fam, suspend the account or terminate the account (Terms of Service, Article 19).

6. When we find CSAM

  1. We immediately remove the post, message or photo.
  2. We permanently ban the account that uploaded it.
  3. We preserve the related records needed for investigation.
  4. We report it to the relevant authorities: the Cyber Investigation Bureau of the Korean National Police Agency, the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and, where appropriate, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

7. Legal compliance

BamStar complies with Korean child safety laws, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses, the Youth Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, as well as the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
